About Us
It is our mission to provide a loving home environment for our residents.
I, have been in business for over 12
years, starting
Townsend AFH
in 1994. In
2001, I opened
Whitworth AFH
and in 2006
Briarcliff AFH
was licensed. I am an
Executive Board Member for the Adult
Family Home Association of Washington
and am involved in many avenues
to increase the quality, of Adult Family
Homes in general. I have raised 4
wonderful children. I have 2 sons and 2
daughters who have given me 8
extraordinary grandchildren.
Heather Rodriguez started in 2001 as my
Resident Manager at
Whitworth AFH
.
In
2005, when
Briarcliff AFH
was purchased,
she moved and prepared the home for
licensing. Heather is now the Resident
manager of
Briarcliff AFH
and the
Administrator of
Whitworth AFH
.
Heather
has three wonderful children, 2 boys, 14
and 12 and a delightful little 2 year old
daughter. The residents delight in her
antics daily. Heather and her children provide a feeling of family in the home.. Heather is also my daughter.
Fondi Blewett became the Resident Manager
of
Whitworth AFH
in 2005 after providing
exceptional care to our ladies for over 3
years. Fondi and her husband along with
their 2 children offer a warm and inviting
family atmosphere.
It is our intent to provide a home environment that supports life. We have a saying,

Our goal is to help our residents live out their lives, in what we hope they will come to consider as, their home. Respect is shown to all, residents and family alike.
